TITLECHASER shoppers also have the opportunity to select from additional shipping options during checkout. Our shipping options include the following:

Free for guest orders of $149 or more.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed and shipped the next business day.
Orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays.
REFUND POLICY
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE or WRONG merchandise, you must contact us via email within the next 3 days upon delivery date; otherwise Titlechaser will not be responsible for defective, wrong or missing merchandise.
All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a Titlechaser E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase.
Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
Defective items must be reported within 5 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless found defective or wrong.
We will gladly accept your return for a store credit or exchange within 3 days along with this return form. Past 3 days SALES ARE FINAL.
Titlechaser reserves the right to issue refunds.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition they were received: unworn, unaltered, or unwashed, with all tags attached. Customers will receive a full refund minus shipping. Merchandise returned without original packaging will not be refunded.
Replacements at no cost to you will be sent promptly in the event of damaged or defective merchandise. Free return shipping is provided for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned COD will not be accepted.
Once a return has been received (within a specified time), a credit or refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.
